Train the Rater - Provides theoretical knowledge and a practical working model for evaluating and testing in a simulation-based medical education environment.  The workshop covers the different SBT formats, the raters' role in achieving good psychometric qualities, video-based raters' calibration, and how to apply workshop tools to various assessment methods.

Scenario Design for SBT- Addresses the key issues of standardization, parallel forms for multiple test versions and measurability. The workshop covers the principles that guide the development of scenarios for SBT and teaches how to design an SP-based or simulator-based scenario and the applicable scoring rubrics.
