Debriefing Techniques |

The simulation itself is a busy and intense experience; thoughtful discussion afterwards is necessary so that trainees can sort out and interpret what happened and why.
Based on techniques used in the Israeli Air Force, MSR has developed a model for debriefing that enables instructors and peers to give constructive feedback to trainees. In the debriefing session, trainees and instructors view selected scenes from the recorded material from the simulation and highlight educational points. Instructors facilitate group discussion and encourage trainees to analyze their performance on their own, rather than |
