Certification Exams for MDA Paramedics

MSR uses standardized patients and mannequins to test paramedics on their ability to asses the condition of patient, perform physical examinations, and provide first aid to and stabilize patient until arriving to the hospital. Briefly, the examination consists of number of encounters, each lasting about 15 minutes. During this period the examinee is required to
asses the condition of patient, and provide first aid to stabilize patient. Each scenario is followed by a 10-minute period for writing a note on the encounter.
