MSR Ziprkowski Auditorium Opening

AJ and Ruth Freiman of Ottawa, Varda and Bentzie Farhi of Ramat Hasharon and Dr. Micha Ziprkowski of NY dedicated in September 2008 the MSR Ziprkowski Auditorium at the Sheba Medical Center in Tel Hashomer, Israel. The auditorium is named after the late Prof. Leo Ziprkowski, former head of Sheba's Dermatology Department and his wife Ilse.

The auditorium will be used for larger scale advancement of simulation based medical training in Israel. It will also serve the general educational needs of the Sheba Medical Center. Speaking to the media, Ruth Freiman and Micha Ziprkowski said that "MSR takes a unique approach toward improving the quality and safety of patient care in Israel. We are thrilled to make this contribution to MSR and help advance this important goal."
