Target Population:
Surgical teams including anesthesiologists and nurses

Objectives:
To improve team communication skills in the operating room.

Course Description:
Participants train in a virtual operating room in a variety of scenarios (quiet-calm and stressful events).  On completion of each encounter, the participant(s) receives feedback from colleagues and debriefing facilitators and the recorded encounter is watched and discussed in the debriefing session.
