Advanced Gynecological Hysteroscopy
|
Target Population: Experienced surgeons with advanced knowledge in hysteroscopy surgery.
Objectives: To further develop techniques used in hysteroscopic surgery. Further develop clinical and teamwork skills to reduce the complications of hysteroscopy, risk management, optimal use of electrocautery and other means of energy transfer. Diagnose common uterine pathology using ultrasound and diagnostic hysteroscopy. Manage common pathologies such as uterine anomalies, intrauterine adhesions, retained placenta, endometrial polyps and fibroids.
Course Description: These one to three day courses include oral and video sessions, practical demonstrations and "hands on" experience and live surgery demonstrations in small groups. Participants who demonstrate the knowledge and practical skills to use laparoscopic surgery will receive a certificate of successful completion. This course is held in collaboration with the Israel Training Endoscopy Center. |
