Medical Devices Specialist Training

Target Audience: Product specialists, product managers, and marketing and sales representatives from biomedical, medical device, and pharmaceutical companies Objectives: The objective of this course is to train the staff in the use of the products, while interacting with real medical and nursing staff, and patients medical simulators, or simulated patients (actors). Course Description: Product training on a new or existing medical device, procedure, or product is delivered to participants while they interact with medical staff and "patients" in simulated medical environments.  Colleagues and debriefing facilitators observe the encounters through one-way glass panels, and audiovisual recordings are made for the debriefing sessions.  The debriefing session is used to assist the participants to fine tune the delivery of information.
