Target Population:
Senior and Resident Anesthesiologists

Objectives:
By course completion, participants are expected to recognize anesthesia crises in the OR and demonstrate knowledge and skills as team leaders in management of the situation.  Anesthesia crises management course emphasizes teamwork in the operating room.

Course Description:
Participants treat advanced simulators as anesthesiology and debriefing experts observe the encounters through one-way glass panels.  Following the interaction, the participants review the audiovisual recording of the simulation with the debriefing staff.
