| MSR, the Israel Center for Medical Simulation, provides courses in a variety of fields. Historically, the traditional medical school curriculum provided little instruction to prepare physicians for the community setting. At the medical simulation center, scenarios can be contrived in order to allow students, residents, and physicians to practice important skills necessary for practicing medicine in the community. The Center for Medical Simulation does not aim to replace the traditional way of learning a healthcare profession; rather it provides a supplement to the standard methods of educating healthcare professionals. |
